Yesterday a strange looking bug appeared outside by the pila. I wasn’t sure what it was at first and then when I got closer I realized it was a bug. It looked just like a snake head and appeared to have something fuzzy at each end of it. When I went in to tell the ladies they told me it was a butterfly. Now, anything here that is a butterfly or a moth people call a “butterfly” (mariposa). Just like they call all worms and caterpillars “worms” (gusanos). So I wasn’t sure if it was a butterfly or a moth. I’ve tried looking on the internet but haven’t come up with a name for it yet. If anyone knows what this bug is please let me know. Whatever it was, it stuck around until today but disappeared this afternoon. Maybe I’ll see it again sometime.
