I've been seeing this, too! I've seen these toys before, but there is a sudden 'craze'. In recent visits to my husband's neighborhood, all the teenage boys in the 'hood were walking around with one, so it's not just a little kid thing. Then, the other day, my husband had one himself when he came back from a visit.
